“The Many Moods of Spring,” the April show at Columbia Art Gallery, will run through April 28. Sixteen artists were challenged to create two pieces of art of the same subject but with different moods. The contrasting moods represent the dark/wild side of spring, and the light/tame side. Mediums include oil, pastel, acrylic, watercolor, and photography. Artists include: Laurie Black, Brian Chambers, Nathan Clements, Gwen Good, Rhonda Harris, Georgette Jones, Christine Knowles, Arlene Larison, Peggy Olson, Mary Preston, Katey Price, Cathleen Rehfeld, Bill Sturman, Denise Vance, Karen Watson and Hank Weber.
